Ingredients:
- 70g NEOH milk chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 100g butter
- 150g erythritol
- 70g cocoa powder
- 70g almond flour*
- A pinch of salt
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Melt butter and chocolate. In a separate bowl, mix erythritol, cocoa powder and almond flour with a pinch of salt. Then add the eggs one at a time to the dry ingredients and stir well. Now add the chocolate-butter mixture and stir into a dough.
Then pour the dough into a pre-greased mold and bake for about 25 minutes.
