NEOH dessert in a glass

4 NEOH Raspberry Crossbars
20 raspberries
12 blueberries
250 g SKYR or Greek yogurt
1 tbsp. yacon syrup (or agave syrup)
1 tbsp. cocoa nibs

Mash most of the raspberries with a fork (or your fist) and mix with the yogurt, saving a few for decoration. Then break up the four NEOH bars, put them into dessert glasses and add the yogurt and raspberry mix. Now you can get creative: decorate the mix with the blueberries and the remaining raspberries and then scatter a few cocoa nibs on top. If you prefer a sweeter taste, you can also add a dash of yacon or agave syrup.
