NEOH granola

4 NEOH Crossbars
100 g Brazil nuts
100 g almonds
90 g oatmeal
90 g spelt flakes
 

3 tbsp. black sesame
3 tbsp. flaxseed
3 tbsp. amaranth
3 tbsp. chopped pumpkin seeds
3 tbsp. sunflower seeds
3 tbsp. hemp seeds
4 tbsp. sunflower seed oil
4 tbsp. coconut oil
5 tbsp. agave syrup

Firstly, preheat the oven to 160°C.

Then it’s time to get down to business: crush the Brazil nuts and almonds and mix them with all of the other seeds and flakes, followed by the two oils and the agave syrup. Spread the granola evenly on a baking tray with baking paper and bake in the oven for around 35 minutes. Make sure you mix the granola every 10 minutes to avoid burning. After 20 minutes of cooking, mix in the broken-up NEOH bars and bake until golden brown.
