NEOH post-workout protein treat

4 NEOH Raspberry Crossbars
125 g raspberries
125 blueberries
250 g low-fat curd cheese

200 g SKYR yogurt
50 g coconut flakes
30 g chopped hemp seeds
5 g birch sugar (xylitol)
Cocoa nibs

This recipe makes for a quick post-workout snack: mash the raspberries and blueberries with a fork and add the rest of the ingredients, except the NEOH bars. Then chop the NEOH bars into small pieces and add them to the mixture. And voila – you can head off to the gym knowing you have the perfect treat to come back to!
