Logistics Manager

Job summary:

NEOH USA is a fast growing new food brand and the leader in Crossbars. We are delivering the ultimate sensation for our customer’s sweet tooth at only 1g sugar and 90 calories. NEOH comes with 5 sources of protein, low net carbs and many other great ingredients.
As a global brand heavily focused on Ecommerce we need you to help better manage our international shipping as well as US logistics and warehousing network. We are looking for a dynamic, fun, and entrepreneurial logistics manager who is excited about taking on the challenges of a young startup between traditional warehousing, manufacturing and Amazon FBA. This position will be instrumental in our growth strategy. The successful candidate will have an exciting growth path, be responsible for the planning and execution of operations, the setting and management of policies and procedures, the delivery of functional objectives, and the spearheading of a continuous improvement culture.  

Responsibilities:

  • Balances speed and cost with quality standards to guarantee the integrity of our products.
  • Ensures that our growth milestones and objectives are met, while adhering to approved budgets.
  • Recommends optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency.
  • Establishes or monitors specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems.
  • Creates and executes policies or procedures for logistics activities.
  • Works closely with key partners like Amazon, warehousing partners, brokers and manufacturing in Europe.
  • Resolves problems concerning logistics systems.
  • Participates in carrier management processes, such as selection, qualification, or performance evaluation.
  • Monitors product in-bound processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.
  • Directs logistics operations to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, or timeliness of objectives.
  • Recommends purchase of new or improved technology, such as automated systems.
  • Develops risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios.
  • Analyzes the financial impact of proposed logistical changes, such as routing, and product volumes or mixes.
  • Owns, directs and is a role model in establishing and sustaining a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years logistics management experience (food and beverage products preferred)
  • Experience with supply chain optimization.
  • Experience with shipping standards, laws and requirements.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong leadership with the ability to influence motivate, develop, and direct people, identifying the best people for the job.
  • Effective prioritizing and time management skills to manage defined timelines.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication (both oral and written) and presentation skills required.
  • Strong analytical skills and business/financial acumen.

Amazon Growth Manager

Job summary:

Your main responsibility would be to analyze all the data we have available about our products, competition, users, and traffic, and interpret it into actionable information and steps that the creative team can use to create content and build up the Amazon product pages. We are looking for a dynamic, fun, and entrepreneurial manager who is excited about taking on the challenges of a young startup. This position will be instrumental in our growth strategy. The successful candidate will have an exciting growth path, be responsible for the planning and execution of all Amazon activities, the management of Amazon and Amazon agency relations, the delivery of functional objectives, and the spearheading of a continuous improvement culture.  

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes product specs, features, test reports, use cases, keyword research data, competitor product pages and product reviews to determine information we need to display on our Amazon product pages and to find potential conversion and traffic sweet spots.
  • Makes data-driven content briefings that the creative team can use to produce highly informative and effective product page content for our Amazon product listings - imagery and copy.
  • A/B test and optimizes our product listing for higher traffic, CTR, and conversions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of industry experience in eCommerce, retail, CPG, or sales required
  • Proficiency at data and sales analytics.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong analytical skills, and are able to detect patterns and understand customer intent.
  • Data interpretation into a logical, clear and compact outcome.
  • Creative mind and fun personality.
  • Ability to work in a team, as well as organize your work and execute it to the highest quality.
  • We don’t require you to know all the ins and outs of Amazon, but we do require you to have previous experience in a similar field, e.g. you have worked in marketing with data, optimization, A/B testing, or data analytics.
  • Test & Learn: Find the right combination of capabilities & economics to serve the needs of your growing business. The ability to learn quickly from the data, fail-fast, and iterate will be essential.
  • Think big: Challenge the status quo or adopt a better, bolder way of doing things to grow the business.

Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities:

  • Find and source sampling events at local gyms, yoga studios, 5K’s etc.
  • Educate and sample to consumers on site
  • Encourage sales through your unique discount code
  • Reporting event successes/failures & photo recaps

Qualifications:

  • Previous promotional experience
  • Passion and enthusiasm for the brand

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Ability to reach out to local gyms to set up sampling events
  • Outgoing and able to learn product information
  • Comfortable with google sheets, google docs, and google calendar
