Living in America has been his dream since he was a little boy. He closely watched Arnold Schwarzenegger’s career and was inspired. When he studied in New Orleans for one year he promised himself that he would be back one day. Fortunately he won a Greencard in the diversity lottery and  could move to the US with his family ten years later. He has been living in the Pacific Northwest since 2011 and was working as a Marketing manager for T-Mobile US from 2011-2017.
Bernhard enjoys all the Pacific Northwest has to offer, especially watersports, hiking, and the great local breweries. He enjoys running, dancing, traveling and play fighting with his 2 boys Vincent and Benjamin. Since he can remember he was passionate about foods and drinks that tasted great but did not come loaded with sugar. In 2017 Bernhard tried the NEOH recipe for the first time and got very excited. Now he is living his ultimate American dream: Building his own business while working together with a friend from Austria and some of the most talented people to make NEOH a big hit in the US.

Ever since he can remember, he has been starting businesses. From renting out toys in elementary school to a (failed) record label in high school, his mind has always been on business. Right after college, he started working in promotional marketing for brands like Naked Juice, KeVita, and popchips, and it was actually at a popchips event where he met Bernhard and learned all about NEOH. As soon as he tasted the first sample, he was sold! They’ve been working together ever since on their goal of sharing NEOH with the world! When he’s not working, he loves to workout, play hockey, and tour with his band!

Prior to NEOH, Roman co-founded and still operates, which is a market leader in native advertising. Roman holds a bachelor in business administration with a concentration in Technology & Innovation Management from the University of Washington in Bothell.

When Roman isn't working on his portfolio companies or jamming with other entrepreneurs on startups (which is almost always because it’s his calling), he loves to travel, hike, snowboard, and play ice hockey.

Late in 2006, he was offered a job with a prominent Omega-3 company in the Natural Products Industry.
After some brief research on the brand and the industry as a whole, he dove in head first. Roughly eleven years later, he believes it to be one of the best decisions he has ever made. Not only has his work provided well for his family, it has given him an education in health and nutrition that he would have been unlikely to acquire elsewhere. He is excited to partner with NEOH, as the brand delivers a phenomenal product that combats the over consumption of sugar that’s so prominent in our society. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, athletic training, music, and the outdoors.

Having developed a passion for entrepreneurship at a very young age, he has always been fascinated by social media and the marketing power it harnesses. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, he spent most of his childhood playing sports, admiring the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. As he grew older, he developed a love for business and immersed myself in the startup culture. At 18, he created an e-commerce brand that sells floating sunglasses made out of bamboo while also balancing university work as a student athlete on the football team at Central Washington University. He is now focused on content creation and social media marketing, traveling the world, and positively influencing the lives around him one day at a time.

Martina is a busy mom of two lovely boys, an Austrian living in the Pacific Northwest, a passionate cook, a chocolate and tea lover, a qi gong teacher and a critical finance person.
Her curiosity and craving for new high quality food products is infinite. She has worked in the food industry for the most part of her professional career and has always loved it.

Martina has always loved the chocolaty taste and the recipe of NEOH. However she did not know the competitive products yet. So she started testing product after product and educating herself about the market. She was also testing the bar early on with her boys and their classmates. She was impressed by the universal acceptance and the enthusiasm among this picky group. She got convinced that this bar was too good to be kept an Austrian secret. Americans need to join the sugarfight too and get access to NEOH. She is excited to bring in her finance expertise to make NEOH a sustainable success, top- and bottomline.
